We're Hiring: Design Consultant

📍 Location: Austin, TX

💼 Full-Time | 💰 $50K–$90K (Base + Commission)

More Space Place is looking for a talented Design Consultant to help our clients transform their

homes with custom storage solutions—from Murphy beds to closets and home offices. This is a

unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, space planning, and

sales.

What You’ll Do

• Design custom closets, Murphy beds, home offices, and more.

• Meet with clients in the showroom and in their homes.

• Create tailored solutions using proprietary design software.

• Own the full process from consultation to close.

We’re Looking For

• Creative problem-solvers who love space planning and building relationships.

• Strong closers with consultative sales experience.

• Detail-oriented pros comfortable using design and CRM software.

• Experience in interior design, home improvement, or furniture sales is a plus.
