We’re seeking a Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team at Simply Home—a purpose-driven remodeling company that values heart, hustle, and human connection.
Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing sales team
Manage long-cycle sales (8–36 weeks) from lead to close
Optimize sales systems, processes, and CRM usage
Collaborate with Operations and Project Management on project readiness
Drive strategic planning, growth, and performance metrics
Build referral and client relationships through thoughtful engagement
5+ years of direct sales experience
7+ years of managing sales teams
Experience scaling teams and processes in growing companies
Proven success leading teams that generate $5M+ in annual sales
Strong CRM knowledge and long-cycle sales experience
Background in remodeling, construction, or service-based industries
Excellent communicator and servant leader
Bachelor’s degree required
